CLAIMS PROCESS
To ensure fast and smooth processing, we kindly ask you to submit all claims exclusively via our online form and to complete all required fields in full.
After receiving your claim, you will automatically receive a credit note based on your most recently invoiced purchase price.
Important notice: Defective goods with a purchase value of under €500 do not need to be returned to us.
By submitting the form, you confirm that the affected item has been taken out of circulation and will not be used further.

CLAIMS PROCESSING
In standard cases, processing is handled automatically – a credit note is issued without individual case review*, proof of purchase, or invoice number.
The credit note corresponds to your last trade purchase price in our system. A replacement delivery is not provided; please place a new order for the goods if required.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND LEGAL NOTICE
